c) ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE FINANCING OF THE SUPERIOR SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, WILL BE ACCESSED AT YOUR SOLE DISCRETION AND SOLE RISK, AND AS SUCH, YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE AND HEREBY DISCLAIMER ALL CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION WITH REGARD TO ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER AND / OR INTERNET ACCESS, DOWNLOADS AND / OR DISPLAY, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH INFORMATION OR MATERIAL.

CERTAIN CONDITIONS MAY INDUCE A PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN CONDITION OR UNDETECTED ELLIPTICAL SYMPTOM IN USERS WHO HAVE NOT SHOWN A HISTORY OF ANY PRIOR ATTACK OR EPILEPSY. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
